This is a demonstration site. Asking for a plan records an inquiry — no card is asked for and nothing is charged.

Onboarding

We set the whole thing up for you, before anybody on your staff logs in.

Charged once, on the first invoice, alongside your first month. Ask about it being waived if you pay for a year up front.

  • Your people loaded from a spreadsheet, with departments and reporting lines
  • Your course catalog brought across, including past attendance and hours
  • The site branded as yours -- name, logo and colors, on the public pages and the panel
  • Approval routing wired to the managers who actually sign things off
  • A working session with your administrators, and a fortnight of hand-holding after go-live

Before you ask

How does the subscription actually start?
Tell us who you are and which plan suits you. We confirm the plan, your headcount and the price in writing, and only then does anything begin. No card details are taken on this site.
Why a one-time fee on top?
Because the first fortnight is real work and it only happens once: your staff list, your course history, your managers, your logo and colors. Paying for it separately keeps the monthly price honest for the years afterwards, when none of that work is being repeated.
What if we outgrow a plan?
Move up whenever your headcount passes the limit, and pay the difference from that month on. Nothing stops working the day you hire somebody.
Can we cancel?
Monthly plans end at the end of the month you cancel in. You get an export of your courses, enrollments and attendance records on the way out — the training history belongs to you.
Do we have to migrate our old records?
No, but you can. Courses and past attendance import from CSV or Excel, which is the same route the Batch Enrollment screen uses day to day.
